Down below is a list of my recommendations of the many different mediums of art ranging from music, books, anime to artists and more. They are not in any specific order. These are just a few of my many favorites. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.
Movies
These movies listed are just a few of many that I enjoyed and recommend. It is a mix of US and foreign films.
Music
Music is a momentary getaway. A paradise. A wide variety of music from post-hardcore and rock to hop-hop and rap constantly keeps me interested and never bored.
Books
I never was really into books but recently, I have been reading and even trying audio books. So far I haven't read many, but here are a few that I've read and enjoyed.
Anime
Anime is from Japan and is pretty much animation. Some people just consider them as cartoons. At surface level they might seem like some cartoons for kids, but many delve deep into a wide variety of topics such as philosophy, politics, what it means to be human and many more.
Manga
Manga is also another form of media from Japan and is similar to western comic. They are read from top right to bottom left however; opposite from western comics. Just like anime, manga and comics offer something different than novels and T.V. shows or movies.
Artists
I love seeing the various styles and methods of art and have collected a list of favorites over the time. The artists in this list are some of many that I adore and am inspired by. The ones listed go from square anime style portraits with mostly pastel colors to watercolor surreal paintings and to dystopian mood world building paintings.
